充滿回憶的老酒樓宣佈結業,不捨生腸~爽口厚肉,坊間絕對是不能吃到這質感蝦多士~多士鬆脆,蝦膠彈牙,一塊停不了鮑翅仔燉雞~真材實料,是夾得起的魚翅,而湯也不像平日喝到的翅湯那麼杰,喝起來很舒服不會口渴大良抄鮮奶~做法是直接抄,不是炸的那種上湯炸粉果~很得意,要浸泡上湯再吃,不能浸太久,也不能浸太少,要讓炸皮索滿上湯而不爛,真的立刻位位扮高手上身,好玩🤣🤣🤣生菜包~生菜切得很美,每塊也是圓圓的,很方便包料來吃鳳肝金錢雞~這個手工菜必點💪真的不是容易吃到的手工菜,過程煩覆,老牌酒樓才能吃到😍雞肝加上豬肉及肥豬油去燒,甜甜的小圓圓再夾類似饅頭包食,真的超正八寶釀全鴨~很入味及足料,人多必點,因會好飽😂焗蓮蓉西米布甸~熱辣辣,甜甜的很好吃
