天氣始涼,又是時候吃火鍋,途經九龍城見一新店,一行十人入內一試,竟有驚喜!湯底足料好味,肥牛海鮮十分新鮮,連一些平常鍋料亦見店家心思。不少火鍋店座位擠迫,但此店卻寬敞舒適,不可與其他火鍋店同日而語。老闆娘介紹了好幾道配料、刺身和小食,都很美味。無論裝修環境、湯鍋食品賣相都很雅緻,是難得用心的火鍋店,物超所值!是次點菜:花膠冬瓜雞煲(嘩,有蟲草花!)、豬骨煲、象拔蚌刺身、雪花牛立方、手切肥牛、牛骨髓、沙巴龍躉、游水墨魚、魚旦墨丸、韮菜餃(老闆娘說是廚師親自泡製,並非來貨)、鮮蝦雲吞、豬潤(爽滑)、脆炸午餐肉、太白醉鴨舌、茼蒿(新鮮)、芝心蝦丸、竹蔗水(點過就知掂,唔係得個甜!)
