一坐低梗係叫個功夫茶清清腸胃啦,跟住就有老公拍板食乜嘢,都聽咗阿姐有啲介紹。重點推介定係鶯歌凍魚!!我一向最更食魚食到鱗,但要條凍魚係連皮連磷食嘅,一開始都有啲驚。呢條魚係自然風乾嘅,呢啲與嘅鮮味十分濃縮,食落口啲魚磷爽口架,配合埋條魚嘅鮮味,真係食到停唔到口呀!
講真呢間潮州打冷確實係有啲貴,但貴得來食物質素都算高,其他餸菜都好好味呀!

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
