To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我自己本身好鐘意食去過十幾個國家試唔同既野食,個人比較嘴刁!返離香港咁耐,去過好多唔同形式既中菜,站時除左摩地道既鹿嗚春同灣仔福臨門外,好耐無比中菜廳滿足過個口。早幾日我生日,女朋友知我嘴刁,明查暗訪好耐搵到依間野,我初時唔知去邊食飯既!一開始佢帶我去左尖沙咀碼頭上左張保仔號,我以為食海鮮啦!點知唔係,隻船駛左係維港中心係船上飲紅酒,紅酒係免費任飲!嘆夜景一個鐘後。跟住上岸去餐廳,一入到去見到胡同個名已經覺得好熟。食食下因為服務太好回想下米芝連餐廳就念返起胡同。我地食既係12道菜,頭盤係冷盤三道菜,味道平凡但不失風味,不會搶過之後主菜既風頭。其他唔講因為無得挑剔,不過黃金蝦我個人鍾意有殼既!係當主菜既葱炒牛肉落枱時我嚇親我心念米芝連餐廳比咁既主菜我?因為之前既前菜都會有decorator。相反主菜咩都冇一碟炒牛肉咁,但我試完就覺得可以原諒,味道平均。。不太咸不太油,洋蔥用白紅洋蔥一齊炒風味更高,牛肉肉汁多鮮嫩,我食得出牛肉既軟滑係肉既肉質本身軟滑,牛肉應該用左較高級既日本牛或澳洲牛,價錢又唔會太貴,仲生日送甜品。我會想再離試下佢既川菜。
