如題，我們幾個朋友難得約在灣仔，享用一餐生日晚飯！對這間餐廳倒沒有太大期望，明知付出的價錢一定包含餐廳的租金，水電煤，人工and so on… … but 這一餐晚飯太令我印象深刻！首先，我要一讚此餐廳的布置！一個字：靚！兩個字：好睇！暗暗哋適合給情侶約會！然後，我在等朋友們到齊時，偷聽到隔離枱，complained the dish being over cooked.… And then unexpectedly the waiter offered another completely new dish to them. 所以，一開始我對此餐廳的服務水平，留下深刻印象！此亦為我第一次聽不到任何explanation but offered another dish to the customer. And I strongly believe they were not 西客掛？！真的只講了句overcooked… come on!!!服務再好，環境再靚，食飯的根本當然為食物的味道啦！我們那晚叫了Sea brass 魚，half roasted chicken 半隻春雞，tuna

服務再好，環境再靚，食飯的根本當然為食物的味道啦！我們那晚叫了Sea brass 魚，half roasted chicken 半隻春雞，tuna tartare 吞拿魚他他(kinda 前菜), Broccoli 西蘭花…… plus a very small cheesecake…
You have to wait 60 minutes for (半隻）1/2 sucking pig (kinda like 乳豬 I guess) and it costs 790 excluding 10% service charge! Too time consuming + cp value is not high enough, so we have not placed order.
Broccoli 這碟菜賣150+, ( plus 10% service charge) 真心可以計一計每條多少錢! Sigh… no matter how delicious it was, I don’t think they worth the cost we paid. And the taste was not that qualified! Considering the cost, please at least add some garlic, instead of merely fried them. 正面一些看，成碟菜夠清吧！還有，條莖好長喎，此品種為比較少見的西蘭花🥦！可能我見識少吧！來貨價不是按一般街市買到的，去計算吧？！
最重要，我最最最想講的一點：這間餐廳dinner menu is totally WITHOUT carbohydrates u can think of. That means no pasta, risotto, spaghetti….!!! 無飯，無意粉，無所有你能想到的碳水化合物在晚餐牌！其實，成餐每人用了500 多落樓，total 花了HKD 1600+左右，我根本不算飽，只是剛好吃到一點點東西而已！anyway, 最近，on diet! XD
FYI, steak was ordered as medium rare.
不知道餐廳最後出了幾成熟啦～
