To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次同愛人去將軍澳,本身想簡附近既日韓餐廳,但眼見呢間大排長龍同比外面既扁皮鴨招牌吸引,於是就㩒飛排隊等。滿心期待,等左半個鐘多d終於有位,因為疫情可以2個人坐一張大枱我地一次過叫哂炸雪糕,無錫灌湯小籠包,桂花糕凍伴鴨件竟然嚟左炸雪糕先,呢個令到我地有d不滿,我地問可唔可以後上,點知女侍應叫我地下次落單要寫明 正常見到甜品唔係都會問一聲或者最後先上咩?Anyway, 唔好影響靚靚既心情的確桂花糕扁皮鴨2種截然不同既配搭起嚟出奇地入味,一冷一熱,再加埋脆脆薯片🥰wow滿分!扁皮鴨薄脆,充滿口感,肉汁鮮嫩,賣相一流!抵讚至於灌湯小籠包,係我地至今試過最好味既小籠包,皆因皮薄而裡面既湯汁無漏出黎,但一開口食入口就令到口腔富有肉味好好食啊雖然叫得唔多,但桂花茶的確有助解膩,味道清新,實屬皆品炸雪糕都融了……總結: 食物的確有水準,如果服務員態度好d,就滿分了

我地一次過叫哂炸雪糕,無錫灌湯小籠包,桂花糕凍伴鴨件
竟然嚟左炸雪糕先,呢個令到我地有d不滿,我地問可唔可以後上,點知女侍應叫我地下次落單要寫明
正常見到甜品唔係都會問一聲或者最後先上咩?

的確桂花糕扁皮鴨2種截然不同既配搭起嚟出奇地入味,一冷一熱,再加埋脆脆薯片🥰wow滿分!扁皮鴨薄脆,充滿口感,肉汁鮮嫩,賣相一流!抵讚
