金鶴筆者吃過幾次?我都忘記了,不過未曾有一次令筆失望土瓜環店是第一代老店,環境跟其他分店一樣很不錯,筆者依舊坐在師傅席看著師傅煮拉麵確是樂趣,很快我們的拉麵上桌食物:蟹肉豚骨拉麵$138跟極濃豚骨同樣的湯底,只是把慢煮雞叉燒變成了蟹肉,感覺還是以極濃的雞骨湯為主,蟹鮮味為輔,拉麵硬度比較似香港一般人會喜歡的「軟」硬度,溏心蛋甜而半流心,木耳爽脆,荀片爽口而無渣,整體都很出色,叉燒瘦而不柴。牛舌$55跟我第一次在佐敦店吃的有落差,大塊的還算彈牙,細塊的比較乾澀黑蒜鹽味拉麵$98以鹽味為底,清淡薄身的湯中加入狂惹黑蒜的甜,濃味而不滯口,而且叉燒量多,兩塊豚肉兩塊雞肉,滿抵吃的
