To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早一日訂座有花膠雞煲送 係幾好食 值得推介 不過就偏辣 (當時我地叫左bb辣)當時見佢寫住沙嗲湯底係推薦加係招牌 心諗今次實冇死啦 應該幾好食 點知佢一上個湯底 嘩 點解咁多油嘅 多到係好似麻辣湯底咁款 然後第一啖:點解咁甜嘅?點解冇沙嗲味嘅?後尾店員比嘅答案係 因為佢係有用花生去整 所以會比較偏甜⋯⋯Emm...喱個答案有少少勉強送嘅海鮮拼盤 青口唔新鮮外 其他都可以接受肥牛質素唔錯 但其他配菜就略有不失 感覺上成餐飯 好似送嘅野食仲好食過要比錢買嘅咁~
