喺黃埔有幾間打邊爐係出名嘅,其中厚福館算是三幾年新晉,而呢間”契爺鮮入為煮”就更加新,只是舊年開的。不過有YouTuber吹捧,就試吓。花膠雞湯據稱係老細多年配方,甚至是鼻祖,質素比厚福館高,不過有時頗咸,個人認為唔算超級驚艷。響鈴反而係最抵食,48就有自家制八大件。羊架肉則最特別,平時一件件的西式羊架用刀片成羊肉片,相當不錯,但比牛更貴,試一次無妨。
