等左大約10分鐘左右,率先到達既就係牛乳玫瑰鍋既湯底 - 雪白既色澤未試都已經覺得好吸引,響玫瑰作為色彩上既調劑下,實際會令味道更豐富既材料就係玫瑰花下既南瓜,小編會極力建議大家先飲牛乳湯底,因為暖暖既牛乳味會令你更有食慾去享受之後既食物,同時留意到店員加添湯底個陣會用返上湯,當然希望品嚐到最濃感覺既話就係而家喇。

1) 炸豆腐粒:爽脆而唔油膩,似乎係即刻而有隔油先送到我地面前,所以利用牛奶湯底中和既感覺好好。

3) 瑰洛月 ($88):利用洛神花﹑玫瑰花以及蘋果而製成既飲品 - 當你一見到由洛神花所製成既玫瑰花冰個陣,相信呢杯飲品都已經成為打卡位,同時又唔會因為有太多冰水既關係而令味道變淡。小編覺得洛神花味道相對唔算太濃而有特別既酸味,怕酸既朋友可以唔洗太擔心。

香江拼包含以下既幾款牛既部位:
a) 手切肥牛:推介。唔同好薄切既情況下佢地用心將牛捲成花花既形狀,又係個令人吸晴既時刻吧。手切牛特色就係稍為涮一涮就食得,肉質幾嫩滑,而可能係因為牛乳湯底既關係,建議大家沾少少醬料再食,會令牛既肉味更加突出;

b) 牛柳粒:可以。牛柳粒係比較難控制生熟既食材,所以小編都建議響湯滾既情況下去煮,會令牛肉更容易熟透而食得滿足。
c) 安格斯肥牛:非常推薦。肉味濃厚,入口個陣雖然無手切牛咁嫩滑但勝左有強烈既牛肉味,塊數唔多所以大家要珍惜品嚐喇。

d) 牛展:推介。牛展涮既方法好簡單 - 基本上只要見到佢邊位開始收縮就即刻可以食。亦因為牛展既部位問題,食個陣有充足既筋鍵位等你有強烈既口感。

e) 牛白肉:非常推薦。牛白肉係牛心臟附近既肉,所以其他每隻牛可提供既牛白肉量唔多。而大家亦唔好以為包括心臟既肉一定係肥脂肪 - 當你輕輕涮完後,食落去應該會覺得有偏滑既肉質,唔會咁易令你有罪惡感架。

f) 牛心頂:非常推薦。牛心頂 - 以小編理解應該係喉嚨附近既位置,都係稀少既部位。但食個陣有少少軟膠/軟骨既感覺令你覺得好有新奇感。

食左一輪既牛肉後已經令小編與老公都覺得有飽肚感覺,不過仲有三色餃同三色墨魚丸既關係,都要繼續努力!
三色餃由黑松露長腳蟹餃﹑芝士鮮菌餃﹑以及野生松茸餃而製成,顏色既配搭相信會令你非常容易分辨款式。長腳蟹餃最令小編深刻,因為餃既肉入面的確會見到一定數量既蟹肉;而芝士鮮菌餃食個陣唔算有太強既芝士味,反而會令你同松茸餃既味道有少少混淆。

至於三色墨魚丸方面,當見到「鹹蛋黃」「黑松露」「蟹子」呢3個配搭個陣,就即刻令小編非常期待,因為3款都係濃味既選擇下,結果當然係由每啖都感覺到有蛋黃粒既鹹蛋黃勝出;而黑松露未入口已經聞到陣陣香味而令人印象深刻;至於蟹子份量比一般蟹子包心餃等既多很多,但始終濃味上仍有少少既距離。

Other Info. : 之前去訂枱個陣,店員都溫馨提示我地預約會比較滿既關係,所以唔會有即時入座既服務;但臨走時店員告知原來荃灣廣場已經開左新分店,之後約其他鍾意火鍋而又住得遠個陣就可以多個好選擇! 亦希望可以分散到少少人流等更加多既朋友可以試到啦。
