放工相約左朋友去葵芳行下商場。到食飯搵餐廳嘅時侯就見到一間未食過嘅韓國菜《The Jang》。原來該餐廳包含咗五個美食品牌 包含炸雞NeNe Chicken, 韓粥Juk Story, 路邊攤Jang Pocha, 恭合春 和 烤肉MaJang BBQ。粟米初雪炸雞 $135食得韓國菜,當然唔少得炸雞。炸雞面頭黃色嘅粉末其實係香濃粟米芝士調味粉,令到雞肉充滿芝香又帶少少甜。雞皮香脆雞肉又嫩滑。秘製滷豬腳 $208豬腳份量都幾大,用左秘製滷水汁醃製致深棕色,外皮有嚼勁又彈牙,內層豬肉就軟腍入味。炸醬麵 $78食之前先撈勻一下,麵身上面仲有煎蛋、青瓜絲和醃製蘿蔔。麵身彈牙又掛汁,口感比較黏稠濃郁,充滿肉味。莞島鮑魚粥 $113米飯煮到綿密嘅口感,入面仲有鮑魚片,非常入味。

粟米初雪炸雞 $135
食得韓國菜,當然唔少得炸雞炸雞面頭黃色嘅粉末其實係香濃粟米芝士調味粉,令到雞肉充滿芝香又帶少少甜。雞皮香脆雞肉又嫩滑。


秘製滷豬腳 $208
豬腳份量都幾大,用左秘製滷水汁醃製致深棕色,外皮有嚼勁又彈牙,內層豬肉就軟腍入味。


炸醬麵 $78
食之前先撈勻一下,麵身上面仲有煎蛋、青瓜絲和醃製蘿蔔。麵身彈牙又掛汁,口感比較黏稠濃郁,充滿肉味。


莞島鮑魚粥 $113
米飯煮到綿密嘅口感,入面仲有鮑魚片,非常入味。
