To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這一陣子吃得過油膩,想兩男兩女先點兩個套餐。前菜的「柚香紅菜頭什果合桃沙律」清甜,「刁草醬拌藜麥新薯蘆筍」清爽,而「四喜烤夫」則香口。湯品中,「菠菜桃膠忌廉湯」綿密,「蟲草花竹笙黃耳百合雪蓮子燉湯」很滋潤。手卷有「蘆筍素香鬆苜蓿芽」和「香芒牛油果蓿芽」,前者清鮮,後者醒胃。來到主食,「松子椰菜花蘆筍忌廉燴意大利飯」做到飯軟綿餸豐富,「黑松露意式野菜焗螺絲粉」使味濃的黑松露焗出幼滑螺絲粉;配碟的「脆腐皮手卷」香脆,「天婦羅迷你甜薯」鬆甜。我們另外叫上招牌菜「黑松露薯蓉焗大啡茹」,啡茹大薯蓉綿;輕食「手作小漢堡」賣相趣緻,「泰式香煎如餅」煎得輕油不膩。套餐的「班蘭椰汁千層糕」和「黑加倫子乳酪蛋糕」兩個甜品有一定水準;而另點的「鮮磨腰果露配湯圓」蓉而不過甜,「焗蘋果酥皮盒」皮脆香腴。今次是特別的素食體驗呢!!
