To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早左幾日BOOK左位點知去到佢話無BOOKING,大家唔好打90454863可能會無左個BOOKING亦可能因為我UP得出90454863,所以佢都俾我準時8:30入叫左:燒豬-係現場燒,都幾大隻,皮都好脆,不過$450蚊一隻真係幾貴豬手-呢個真係頂級推介,成隻豬手都好入味,加上係鐵板燒,真係好特別,好似$90蚊椒鹽骨拼大腸-啲大腸同啲肉都好乾,一般啦椒絲生菜-好大碟,不過油多,略咸炒硯-都好多肉,勁辣,正。可惜隻燒豬最後先黎,太飽了,因為共其他野食都好好味,隻豬要打包一半返屋企,蝕左一半了。總共7百幾蚊,四個人食,都OK啦。
