圓鐵板燒📍尖沙咀廣東道30號新港中心地庫大食代🌄環境頗為寬敞,唔會好逼👍🏻桌面同鐵板有適當空間,坐得好舒服嘅~🧡食物我哋今日食嘅係$738兩位嘅——牛饌,我將會按照佢哋嘅上台順序嚟講,但係呢間係台式鐵板燒,所以唔會好似其他鐵板燒咁,見到你食到差唔多先再燒下一碟,而係好快上台,好處就係可以一時食下呢個一時食下嗰個~😆🍲餐湯係一個味噌湯,清清地,冬天飲落好舒服~🥬鐵板炒時菜今日嘅時菜係油麥菜,不過不失,為等陣嘅肉類同海鮮做咗一個比較清新健康嘅開場,算係一個平衡營養嘅菜式🤣🦐牛油燒汁阿根廷紅蝦配雜菜到海鮮嘅部分,一上枱就覺得呢個紅蝦好大隻,肉質緊實,頗為彈牙,牛油燒汁唔會話好濃味,而係將成個紅蝦鮮甜嘅味道激發曬出嚟,唔係有一定嘅新鮮度,我諗個效果唔會咁好🥳🐚牛油香煎黑椒鮑魚呢個亦係十分好食嘅,鮑魚一啲都唔韌,調味恰到好處,黑椒少少嘅辛味,使海鮮嗰種腥味消失晒,鮑魚嘅鮮味得到昇華,十分好食😘值得一提嘅係,我frd食完旁邊嘅冬菇之後,覺得呢個簡直係素版嘅鮑魚,聞言,我都試咗一舊,不禁深感認同🥩牛之盛合呢個有三種唔同嘅牛,分別係:宮崎和牛、澳洲和牛、美國安格斯,配:黑椒、蒜粒、黑松露鹽。我個人嚟講

呢個有三種唔同嘅牛,分別係:宮崎和牛、澳洲和牛、美國安格斯,配:黑椒、蒜粒、黑松露鹽。我個人嚟講,覺得宮崎和牛係最啱我口味嘅,油脂分布平均,十分軟嫩,一咬落去,富有油脂香氣嘅肉汁噴湧出嚟,十分罪惡🥰而澳洲和牛就比較瘦,但係冇筋,所以係感受到肉香味嘅同時,又可以毫不費力地咬到🥰而美國安格斯則比較煙韌,有咬口,但係佢係最平衡到油脂同肉味嘅一款,全部都好出色🥰

調味方面,我個人最鍾意黑松露鹽,覺得佢鹹得嚟有黑松露嘅香味,好特別,就算食多幾舊肉都唔會膩,但係蒜粒亦係一個好好嘅選擇,微辛之餘帶住少少甜味,好出色~😝

粒粒分明嘅蛋炒飯,上面有啲和牛粒,香味十足,但係調味比較清淡,所以食一碗都唔會覺得太多~

呢個係比到好大驚喜我嘅一道菜式,係我成餐入面最鍾意嘅,比目魚表面燒到金黃鬆脆,而入面白花花嘅,一片軟嫩,外脆內軟做得十分出色,一啲腥味都冇,而醬汁係西京燒汁,混合咗味醂、酒,同白味噌。酸酸甜甜咁,加上外脆內嫩嘅魚肉,為今餐做咗個好好嘅收尾~😋

伯爵茶蛋糕少少嘅茶味,帶有淡淡嘅回甘;焦糖咖啡蛋糕則好香嘅咖啡味,甜度較高,個人比較鍾意食前者~😋

🥤咸檸七

喺鐵板燒飲到咸檸七都幾驚喜,但係其實好夾,成餐咁多肉類同海鮮,咸檸七咁啱可以解膩,十分合適

🧋珍珠奶茶

呢個奶茶則是全糖奶茶,十分甜,珍珠唔會煮唔透,作為一個跟餐嘅珍珠奶茶完全合格!
