位於灣仔的幸屋,是一間隱藏在小街中的高人氣拉麵店。我和朋友大慨六點五十分到達,是我們最早吃飯的一次吧,本以為應該人客較少,沒想到不斷有客人入座,五分鐘內座無虛席,太誇張了。赤武士$83鮮紅色的辣味豚骨拉麵,可以自行選擇辣度,我選擇二度辣,已經辣到會輕微嗆囗,想不斷喝水阿。辣湯把豚骨味整整蓋過,但對於重囗味者,是頗刺激的。叉燒肉煮得軟腍,輕易咬爛,脂肪甘香輕形,豚角煮則較重味,濃味超軟,更得我心。麵條選擇曲身白麵,熟度剛好,煙靭彈牙,掛湯度也高,惟麵條碎了一點點。蜜桃鰻魚千層$48創新的配搭小食,上層是蜜桃,下層是鰻魚和脆片,以天婦羅方式烹調,頗特別阿。
