To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 店內雖然細小,但尚算整潔。儘管很多食客都是外傭,不禁令香港人為之卻步,然而老闆卻十分親切,服務殷勤,關顧食客的意見。點了花膠雞湯粉,濃濃的花膠味,雞肉嫩滑,湯底清甜,粉很滑溜爽口,十分美味。烤魚粉更是讓人出乎意料之外,炸魚🐟比想像中大多了,十分劃算。鰂魚本身多骨,但是炸很很脆,所以連怕吃骨多的魚的我也沒有障礙,做得很出色。唯一美中不足的是那兩串烤羊肉,味道調配是可口的,但肉質略為老了,較難咀嚼。然而烤菇則清甜美味。
