To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這晚和老公路經銅鑼灣,正想找地方醫肚,看見一食店門口擺放印尼美食,並沒中文名字,以為只是做外賣,駐足細看內裏擺放枱子,原來也有做堂食,於是便和老公進去試試,這裡地方不大,但装修充滿印尼氣氛。打開餐牌實在太多印尼美食想吃,奈何只得我們二人,也不能太浪費啊!我們先叫了一個小吃,就是印尼蝦卷,新鮮剛炸出來即吃,外皮鬆脆,蝦肉彈牙,配上醬汁進食,非常好味。這幾天氣温非常酷熱,經常30多度,剛才在外走了一會都全身濕透,這種天氣最好不過來一杯沙冰,我們各叫了一杯班蘭沙冰和芒果沙冰,深深一啖,簡直透心涼。老公點了一客這裡推介的印尼四大天王飯,原來四大天王就是班蘭雞、巴東牛肉、茄汁沙甸魚和雜菜,挺特別呢!而我則叫了一個燒雞花膠湯粉皮,單看名稱就知道最適合我等需要滋補養顏的女士,味道確實不錯。這頓豐富的晚餐,結賬才300元,實在非常超值,難怪我們走時還有很多人在等位,侍應還提醒我們下次再來時先預訂位子比較好,不然可能需要等位了。
