火鍋隨意門一開始都唔知點解叫火鍋隨意門，上到先知原來有不同的主題，我哋就揀咗土耳其區，最靚係個馬賽克燈，好靚啊！我哋叫咗花膠雞湯鍋。雖然打邊爐熱氣，所以湯底我通常都揀啲養生啲嘅，呃吓自己，咁就可以再食多啲！湯湯色澤金黃，但入口鮮甜，湯底另外跟一大片花膠同半隻鮮雞，雞另加入去再煮，所以都嫩滑又多汁。另外，比較推薦嘅係手切頂級安格斯牛肉，牛肉味夠濃；同埋，手打丸拼盤都好推，尤其係鮮蝦丸，成粒丸好爽口彈牙。
