To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 為了支持舊同事而來試一下這小店的壽司OMAKASE因為⋯ 當你想食OMAKASE食到新鮮的,最重要的一定是相熟的壽司師傅這裡的坤師傅又年輕又靚仔,壽司亦握得很不錯,已經有相當多坤粉了當日由於是平日,不是太多客人,我們八時到店,另一桌客人已經差不多用餐完畢要離開,所以我們變了包場我們先叫了啤酒,是日本版的Asahi先送來的是一人一小碟前菜接着就是很多新鮮美味的刺身當中令我印象最深刻的一定是右口魚及紫菜包大拖羅(魚油多到不得了)至於壽司方面種類亦豐富其實自己一向比較喜歡食原汁原味的刺身,並不喜歡很多Fusion式的壽司,將很多什麼黑松露汁、梅醬、芝士等加上壽司面(ネタ上面)所以,這裡的壽司也是合我心意的,簡簡單單的加少許海鹽,又或輕輕炙燒,不會影響原有的鮮甜味新鮮的海產魚獲,又何須加鹽加醋呢?整體而言,這間壽司店無論是食物及服務上也很令人滿意,而且我們吃得很開心總分85/100一定會再去👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
