To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 才剛踏入農曆九月,便急不及待的與回港數週的好友相聚,品嚐大閘蟹之味。朋友在官網預訂座位,$498/位,可無限任食大閘蟹、北京片皮鴨、多款小菜主食及甜品。另外,每位可享一份特盛三式,三道菜包括鮑汁扣原隻鮑魚伴椎茸、金湯小米燴遼參及蟹粉扒豆苗。入座後,職員率先送上金湯小米燴遼參,小米湯幾有咬口,遼參只有少許碎粒,濃稠度恰好。大閘蟹備有備三種食法,清蒸、太雕蒸或油鹽焗,個人比較喜歡油鹽焗,多添一份鹹香。任食的大閘蟹為3兩半的蟹,蟹乸的膏未至於隻隻爆滿,但都算甘香,蟹肉不會霉。任食大閘蟹最怕出蟹出得慢,個人認為陶源的出蟹時間合理。同枱最快紀錄拆到10隻蟹,蟹肉裝滿一飯碗。每位限量單點一份的西班牙橡果黑毛豬叉燒是今餐的MVP,厚切叉燒,肥瘦均勻,燒得微微焦香,入口脂香豐腴!北京片皮鴨是任食的,於自助吧取,但都放涼不脆口了。鮑汁扣原隻鮑魚伴的是花菇而不是椎茸,花菇肥大肉厚又夠軟稔,鮑魚大隻入味,好吃。在官網訂座,每位額外送一件蟹粉鍋巴及一隻蟹粉小籠包,兩者都普普通通。甜品也是任食,大家最喜歡的是蕃薯糖水,薑湯底的辣度足。另外每人也要了一碗芒果布甸,布甸不是好柔軟那種,口感比較紮實,入口有許多芒果肉

甜品也是任食,大家最喜歡的是蕃薯糖水,薑湯底的辣度足。另外每人也要了一碗芒果布甸,布甸不是好柔軟那種,口感比較紮實,入口有許多芒果肉,甜度適中,配多多的花奶一起吃,尤其滋味!


連同茶芥及加一,埋單每位大約$570。比起以前試過的大閘蟹放題,多付一百元左右,就有較舒適的用餐環境,又有黑毛豬叉燒及鮑魚,陶源的大閘蟹放題都算不錯了!
