To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 說實話,當我經過火水爐門口看到這個牌的時刻,我有懷疑過餐廳是否轉了。原來不是沒有火鍋了,只是午市這裡會變成了麵舖。這餐牌是 火水爐 x 陳仕偉 好到底麵館,陳仕偉是星級廚師,也是好到底麵館第二代。燕餃水餃麵餐 $66麵餐都跟飲品和菜,麵也算大碗。水餃頗大件。內有蝦肉、豬肉、木耳等餡料,口感爽中帶脆,味道亦不錯。麵條條條分明,口感爽滑有彈性,入口有香無鹼水味。湯底鮮甜順喉,味道不過鹹。金牌上湯雲吞 $40一碗八粒,大小恰到好處,皮薄餡多。蝦肉和豬肉的比例剛好,口感油潤不膩,肉質鮮嫩,蝦肉爽彈。招牌蝦籽撈麵 $40蝦籽很香,而且份量沒在省的灑在爽彈麵條上,再加少許大地湯微濕地入口,更覺美味。秘製豬手 $48燜到很入味,豬手軟稔易起骨,肉的部分入口鬆軟,皮層啖啖膠質入口溶化。整體來說質素不錯,不算便宜但份量不少,沒有很重味精感,吃完不涸喉。
