今晚我們去咗深井嘅「裕記大飯店」食晚飯!我們叫咗馳名古法傳統炭燒燒鵝「半隻」、鮑魚花膠燉老鷄、花膠扒時蔬、香菠咕嚕肉同避風塘炒蟹!馳名古法傳統炭燒燒鵝「半隻」嘅鵝皮燒得極之香脆,肉質非常鬆軟嫩滑,唔會有「嚡」嘅感覺,由於他們係用炭燒,所以鵝味更加芳香濃郁!鮑魚花膠燉老鷄嘅湯料份量十足,湯底嘅味道好清甜!花膠扒時蔬嘅花膠燜得好腍身,口感好軟滑彈牙,而且份量相當多!香菠咕嚕肉上碟嗰陣超新鮮熱辣,炸粉唔會好厚身,每一件肉都沾咗汁,肉質好香脆鬆化,咕嚕肉嘅份量比菠蘿同紅椒青椒仲要多,真係好抵食!避風塘炒蟹經過「走油」,祇係輕輕炸到蟹殼表面,已經香脆可口,而且能夠鎖著蟹肉嘅肉汁,食落肉質非常鮮甜嫩滑,味道恰到好處,唔會太鹹同太辣,真係好惹味,係本人嘅必食推介!
