難抱天下花,捨景求霧花!難尋此生愛,離不開此愛?與靚太在元朗的錦田區內遊走了半天,消耗能量大之餘,也搜尋不到合乎心中價格的居所!智者有云:「 滿足人生四件事,大則能天下太平,小則家和萬事興。此仍衣、食、住、行。」排列次序中,「食」是在「住」之前。令我相信,保着生命確是最為重要。於是立刻、盡快去食嘢吧!<<裕記>>已是由第二代掌管,味道與火候也同在當年情,它的出爐燒鵝最令我難忘,也是和靚太 ‘拍拖’ 的回憶。今次到訪時間算是下午茶,店裏職員人數凋零,有如初秋落葉,而令我喜出望外的,就是熱氣騰騰之燒鵝,仍然存在於視線範圍內。我們一行四人雖然默不作聲,而眼中已閃出燒鵝的光。立刻提出旨示:燒鵝半隻、豉油皇鵝腸、鹵水鵝掌翼加鵝腎、來多一碟薑汁芥蘭。此為一頓豐富又滿足的下午茶。完全運動手册頭一章:如何才能令你 ‘產生自覺性’。<<裕記>> “ 燒鵝 ”、皮脆肉香是我的最愛。别人説牠輕飄飄,我話牠是脆神仙。口中满是甘嫩滑,鼻前生出奇滋味。“ 豉油皇鵝腸 ”特别之處在於腸中脂肪。愛者是上品,千里實難尋。“ 鹵水鵝掌翼加鵝腎 ”其實只是為咗D腎,因為靚太鍾意食,所以在配搭上花點心意,在大朶兒食晒主菜後,就有啲嘢 ’趙‘ 吧。溫馨提示:千其唔好似我咁癲,下午茶都食燒鵝呀!如果避唔開,就多加勤力做運動啦😂😂 continue reading

我地兩人揸車去深井食燒鵝,深井實在太多間可以食燒鵝啦,第一次係揀傳記食,都唔錯,今次諗住試下第二間,結果揀左裕記,一入到去環境都算乾淨,我地叫左3個餸,當然有燒鵝例牌啦!我地6點幾入去食,個店員已經同我講無下莊(脾位),唯有要上莊啦,我未食過甘難食既燒鵝,鵝皮非常韌,咬極都咬唔爛,結果成碟鵝皮唔食得,淨食肉,非常失望!仲有個鼓汁帶子蒸豆腐好唔抵食,帶子太細粒!最後得椒鹽鵝腎球好食,鵝腎好爽口,椒鹽好入味 continue reading

喺香港要食燒鵝,最多人識的係裕記 。就算你未食過,都實識佢個名,因為由細到大睇電視都睇到裕記的廣告,黃色的鵝著住綠色圍裙的商標。大左開始食唔同地方的燒鵝,今次黎深井,真係要一試佢的味道! 山長水遠入到黎,見到餐牌都有好多其他小菜,但梗係要食返燒鵝,要食半隻!再加個菜就夠喇。但半隻燒鵝都有分正常($270)同特大半隻($300)。咁我地叫左正常大小就得。燒鵝好快就上,皮脆肉嫩,整體都好出色,果然名不虛傳。 首先食左隻脾的部份,肉質嫩,仲有肉汁,中間肥膏師傅處理左,唔怕好肥膩。 唯獨特的燒鵝肉味唔係好出,同食到胸肉位就有啲鞋喇。另外叫的菜係蟹肉扒西蘭花,賣相好靚,亦都好香。有滿滿的蟹肉絲伴西蘭花。蟹肉份量好多,不過直接食蟹肉就淡而無味了。燒鵝賣$270半隻都唔係平價,當然會有期望同要求,整體黎講表現中上,值得回味,但未到一試難忘。 continue reading

雖則本食肉獸向來無肉不歡,嚮譽多年的裕記燒鵝卻是從未蹈足,是次有幸一嚐名物是也。燒鵝皮堅脆,肉厚而多汁,邊吃肉汁邊從嘴角流下來,豐腴滿溢,千萬千萬不要加甚麼酸梅醬,以免影響鵝肉的鮮美!燒鵝之外還要了酸菜炒鵝什和浸豆苗。咸酸菜炒鵝什乃上乘之品,鵝什的香油滲入咸酸菜,下酒一絕也!至於蒜子上湯豆苗,自是吃過那麼多肉食之後用來清腸胃的,少些油份會更好……確實是值得一試的燒鵝! continue reading

深井裕記大飯店, 我相信無人唔識..睇電視唔知幾點...緊會出現佢既廣告深入民心今日.. 家姐提議過黎晚飯想到裕記就立刻答應因為太耐無食過好味燒鵝一上枱香噴噴皮脆肉嫩,仲有D炭燒香味咬落去仲有D汁 ''bi'' 出黎鵝亦非常肥美多肉多肥膏咕嚕肉份量多, 炸粉唔係好厚, 炸得香脆鬆化肉質肥瘦比例好好, 口感好腍好食最後呢個帶子豆腐好正豆腐既豆味好重而帶子亦非常鮮甜亦帶點爽口與豆豉汁既配搭好好送飯一流~~平時出去食個燒鵝瀨都唔平呢到每人都係百多元.. 就食到咁多野 continue reading
