五一假期與家中小鬼遊走屯門黃金海岸一趟,參與了「小車手遊樂園」這項活動。傍晚時份離開,驅車前往深井享用燒鵝大餐。 深井有兩間較出名的燒鵝飯店,一間是陳記,另一間是裕記。因裕記網評較佳,所以最後選定後者。 作為一間「老子號」飯店,店內沒有多餘的裝潢。從間格可見,整間飯店由多間村屋組成,每個樓層早已按號碼區分,甚有系統。 西洋菜燉鮮陳腎一份例牌可分成六小碗,味道濃郁夠火候,質素令人滿意。 炭燒燒鵝是是晚重點項目,燒鵝送上時香氣撲鼻,鵝肉豐盛,味道濃香,再加上軟嫩的肉質,難怪細周生一件駁一件密密食。 粟米斑塊用上紐西蘭斑片,質素比龍脷柳佳,可惜黃金外皮過厚,反影響了脆香享受。 香煎琵琶豆腐製作平穩,豆腐膠質感略重,有點奇怪。 蒜蓉炒白菜仔口味相當清甜見驚喜。 裕記沒有特別的裝潢,菜式也沒有賣弄花巧,依靠的就是一道燒鵝名菜。最終燒鵝出品美味,各團友也感滿意,有機會會再度光臨! 今晚專程同屋企人入深井食燒鵝,最後搵嚟出名嘅「裕記」。店內地方有點擠迫,地下又滑滑的,大家行動都要小心我哋最後選咗一個四人套餐(四餸一湯):有燒鵝半隻-燒鵝size中等,但係冇乜味,而且好韌,食咗兩件就唔想食而甜酸醬就稀稀的,根本不是醬,是甜酸水,攪到咁稀,不如唔好俾人點帶子西蘭花-西蘭花又大又硬,真係要用刀叉來享受因為老人家食唔到咁硬嘅西蘭花,所以叫咗碟通菜(味道普通)冬菇鵝掌翼煲-冬茹厚身,味道不過不失,但不算好味。仲有海上鮮一條-條魚算是今晩稍為好的一味餸。套餐送橙汁一支,但係唔知點解苦苦的!眼見隔離枱都冇飲,所以我哋都放棄了慕名而來,但失望而回 continue reading

午餐時間去可以不用排隊等候,好過晚上來吧。午餐更有兩小時免費泊車服務。。很久沒有入深井食燒鵝了。我想都有5。6年。。期盼已久了。。有套餐可以選擇,本人覺得,其他菜色只不過是配角而已。因為主菜一定是燒鵝。到上菜了,真的燒鵝很好吃,沒有太大退步。正。加多一碗白飯和懶粉就夠了。兩人可叫半隻燒鵝,起碼可以食到一隻燒鵝脾丫。。正四個人就叫一隻吧。。但其他菜色就叫少點。。始終燒鵝是這間飯店的主打食物。。。。。 continue reading

父親節快樂!母親節就食buffet,父親節就不如食下中餐啦四人行食咗一個四人餐再加兩個餸啦跟餐半隻鵝,上枱熱辣辣皮燒到甘香,又夠厚肉,師父刀功十足,鵝肉唔會痴隻另一舊再點裕記自家製酸梅醬醒胃美味呢個係另叫嘅椒鹽腎花,份量十足,食落唔會太膩口,椒鹽味十足,值得推介另加嘅豉油王腸雜,次次嚟都會食有唔同款式嘅内臟以鵝腸最出色,配以大量韮王同芽菜,非常香口,送啤酒一流呢個冬菇扣鵝掌用煲上,夠熱份量又夠多多到食唔曬要打包呢個湯羹就明顯被比下去,味道不突出碧綠帶子份量都好大,味道唔錯最後係清蒸海上鮮,中規中矩祝願父親節快樂 continue reading
