之前帶朋友行過大欖郊野公園由深井至屯門一段,雖然途程長,但易行,又有唔少觀景位,今次就詢眾要求,帶老婆嘅朋友行同一條路線,不過就由屯門起步,深井結束,目的就喺落深井食燒鵝。當中有朋友建議嚟「裕記」,稍為睇高一線,所以,就走咗入去幫襯佢。 其實,裡面嘅用餐區喺以好幾幢村屋嘅地下嗰層所組成,分晒房號,左穿右插,少少似迷宮咁,真喺要有職員帶。由於每區用餐區都喺村屋,所以地方唔會好大,但擺得啲枱就好密麻麻,已經無乜通道俾人行,裝修亦喺簡簡單單。而為方便管理,佢哋都將啲客人逼埋去同一幢村屋,所以入嚟嘅時候,我哋個房就坐滿人,其他房就空洞洞。 餐牌就大大本,有啲難影,不過,好彩臨尾喺接待處有堆單張攞,一次過掃描出嚟,就一目了然知道有咩食、價錢收幾多。 此外仲有啲唔同嘅套餐,我哋一行7人,得我一個男丁,加上今餐當喺下午茶,其實真喺唔會食得到好多嘢,但嗰個阿姐就不斷說我哋嗌套餐,成日講唔夠食,搞到我都有啲炆炆哋。 五福滷水拼盤 $190點個鹵水拼盤當前菜就最好不過,可以樣樣都試啲,當中包括鴨腎、鴨翼、鵝腸、豬腳仔、海蜇,陣鹵水味嚟得清香淡雅,唔好太嗆喉,沾上白醋確喺唔錯。 燒鵝例牌 $165侍應成日想我哋叫半隻,其實叫例牌都有多架,因為同枱有啲人喺唔食得鵝,加上女士多,叫例牌即喺1/4隻鵝,確實非常夠。眼見成碟都喺鵝,唔會話下面墊埋啲豆腐之類,所以,都幾足份量。不愧為炭燒,外皮甘香脆口,鵝肉嫩滑富油香,甚有質素。 瀨粉 $20燒鵝瀨喺大家嘅情意結,不過,呢度無單一碗燒鵝瀨賣,所以,叫咗碟燒鵝例牌,就再加幾碗瀨粉共享。不得不講佢哋啲瀨粉,真喺唔錯,滑溜得嚟有少少韌勁,唔會話浸到淋晒,個湯頭亦都幾清香。 魚肚肉碎浸時蔬 $108同枱各位都喺講健康嘅人,所以,點都補番一道蔬菜菜式,呢個浸時蔬就最好喇,有魚肚、瘦肉碎,襯得嚟又唔會話好寡,時蔬嘅湯亦都清清哋,又有點鮮味。 薑米蛋白菜粒炒飯 $130另外,除以瀨粉墊墊肚,仲揀咗個最清嘅炒飯, 薑米行氣活血 ,蛋白、菜粒絕對喺健康食材,加埋呢個飯炒得唔錯,飯粒分明,食落幾爽身,唔會好油膩,所以,就算只喺薑米、蛋白、菜粒,都唔會覺得好齋。 樽仔奶茶 $22睇我哋一生嘅裝束就知喺行完山,所以,個侍應阿姐不斷問我哋使唔使要啲嘢飲,前前後後問咗好幾次,最後,怕咗去煩,叫咗兩樽樽仔奶茶「些牙」 吓,睇餐牌以為好大樽,嚟到同隻茶杯對比下,查實細到無譜。相信啲奶茶都係托附近茶記幫手製作,所以,其實質素喺唔差嘅,茶味濃郁,亦都算香滑。 計埋茗茶$12位,花生$10碟,要咗我哋兩碟錢,再加埋一,都食咗近九嚿水,算喺高消費一餐嘅下午茶。其實,晌附近好幾間由中餐廳兼營嘅茶記,亦有提供燒鵝瀨,仲喺下午茶餐嚟,之前就曾經食過「傅記」,對比下相宜好多。 continue reading

感謝友人請客,深井其實有好多燒鵝,不過如果要食真係一定要食深井裕記燒鵝!燒鵝嘅皮非常之脆,肉質嫩,雖然每次嘅火候都會有啲唔同,不過整體非常之好食而我今次亦都食咗朋友推薦嘅酒釀鵝肝!食多幾次都嚟! continue reading

細細個成日睇電視見到裕記賣廣告,今日行山路經深井,就去試一試佢嘅燒鵝。點咗一份例牌燒鵝, 分到下莊, 有脾食,肉質又比較肥美,幾開心。 兩個人叫一份例牌,再點兩碗白飯,夠曬食。鵝肉入口熱辣辣,皮脆肉嫩。 鵝肉燒得啱啱好,唔會話好柴。 食落多汁帶有油脂香氣, 確實唔錯。 但又老實講句,食落就唔多覺有荔枝柴嘅香味, 未至於傳聞捧到上天咁好食。 如果路經開深井,都值得過嚟食下嘅@@ continue reading

今日一行四日去裕記食lunch. 一坐低就比人趕住落order. 叫左半隻燒鵝(大),加三個小菜。食左半個鐘左右。店員聲稱廚房要 “搞衛生”,問我地仲需唔需要加單。 我地都答左唔洗 食左一個鐘左右,之後我去洗手間。幾個店員大大聲講我地呢張台仲未肯埋單。 講左幾次。去到樓梯返埋位又有另一批呀姐講張台仲食緊唔埋單 。如果你同我講 你地‘搞衛生’既時間,我咪最多唔食。或者比我地坐地下個層 唔阻你“搞衛生”既枱都得架。乜裕記變左快餐 食一個鐘都要比人趕走咩?唔係話要怕怕嘆茶唔願走。 其實同行有兩位老人家一齊食。至少都比個合理時間我地去消化咁呢幾樣野食。 真心無下次。 難受到 continue reading
