五一假期與家中小鬼遊走屯門黃金海岸一趟,參與了「小車手遊樂園」這項活動。傍晚時份離開,驅車前往深井享用燒鵝大餐。 深井有兩間較出名的燒鵝飯店,一間是陳記,另一間是裕記。因裕記網評較佳,所以最後選定後者。 作為一間「老子號」飯店,店內沒有多餘的裝潢。從間格可見,整間飯店由多間村屋組成,每個樓層早已按號碼區分,甚有系統。 西洋菜燉鮮陳腎一份例牌可分成六小碗,味道濃郁夠火候,質素令人滿意。 炭燒燒鵝是是晚重點項目,燒鵝送上時香氣撲鼻,鵝肉豐盛,味道濃香,再加上軟嫩的肉質,難怪細周生一件駁一件密密食。 粟米斑塊用上紐西蘭斑片,質素比龍脷柳佳,可惜黃金外皮過厚,反影響了脆香享受。 香煎琵琶豆腐製作平穩,豆腐膠質感略重,有點奇怪。 蒜蓉炒白菜仔口味相當清甜見驚喜。 裕記沒有特別的裝潢,菜式也沒有賣弄花巧,依靠的就是一道燒鵝名菜。最終燒鵝出品美味,各團友也感滿意,有機會會再度光臨! Loved the goose a lot, I can't stop coming every month. My boyfriend drove us to here. Then we parked in their special carpark . 3 people we ordered half protein. They were still big. The skin may be not crispy enough, but it still very oily and good taste. The meat was not the softest among different goose restaurant, but the after taste of this restaurant is stronger. 太失望了。呢間野跟澳門個地區一樣,叫做氹仔.叫了五碟菜讓我最失望就是隻鵝和碗燉湯。隻鵝啲肉好un(唔識寫)叫咗個西洋菜燉鵝腎,結果個湯一看就知道係例湯,跟幅圖完全兩回事。啲西洋菜份量比老麥的沙津仲少,但收$110。差,真係好差,真是名過其實,不知所謂!我建議你們想吃燒鵝可以去外面,有一間酒家的燒鵝比呢間好吃好多倍。今次一去,成團人失望哂。如果間店店主及店員看到,建議用心燒好啲燒鵝,唔好燒到咁UN. 啲西洋菜唔係好貴唔好連半扎都冇就收110。 continue reading

今晚同兄弟跑完步, 跟住邊賭馬,邊食燒鵝,簡直係男人的浪漫。平時或者會去陳記,因為有電視方便賭馬。 但今日運氣麻麻,頭幾場輸曬! 於是疊埋心水去裕紀專心食燒鵝……阿姐話招牌燒鵝製作中 ,要9點半至有得食。 於是我哋叫咗前菜麻油海蜇同例湯,邊食邊等。麻油海蜇現成嘅,所以冇乜特別。 至於個例湯係西洋菜煲瘦肉, 三個人分,每人兩碗, 普普通通不過不失啦!椒鹽鮮魷: 鮮魷炒得夠脆夠香, 送啤酒一流!豉油王鵝腸: 如果鍾意肥鵝腸一定要叫。 鵝腸夠肥就咬口配埋鹵水汁, 味道不同凡響!!蒜蓉白菜仔: 菜炒得夠清甜亦唔多油。招牌燒鵝半隻, 可能係啱啱出爐的關係, 燒鵝皮夠熱夠脆, 肥膏同肉分配啱啱好, 鵝肉夠肥夠厚, 我覺得全深井最好食, 本來諗住減肥都忍唔住叫咗碗瀨粉!!! continue reading
