這次來到韓國餐廳,點了一些小菜和主餐,整體來說很滿意。餐廳提供六碟前菜,包括醃蘿蔔、泡菜、鵪鶉蛋、芽菜、粟米和沙律。每一碟小菜都很清爽美味,尤其是醃白蘿蔔,口感酸甜適中,非常開胃。鵪鶉蛋也很特別。芽菜和粟米則非常清爽,沙律則是一道非常健康的小菜。接著是主餐,我們點了宮廷牛骨、醬油蟹和韓牛筋骨湯。⭐️宮廷牛骨宮廷牛骨的份量很多,加上紅蘿蔔,入口很嫩,配飯吃一流。⭐️韓牛筋骨湯牛骨熬煮得非常很軟,湯汁呈米白色,味道很淡,只有一些蛋絲,沒有加任何調味料,牛筋很軟。⭐️醬油蟹愈來愈多韓國餐廳提供醬油蟹,我最喜歡吃醬油蟹。醬油蟹肉質鮮美,蟹肉不死鹹,配上白飯和紫菜,非常鹹香,值得一試。
