同屋企人食飯,五個大人五個細路,叫咗好多特色菜,滷水鵝肉依然咁滑同好入味,每次嚟必食。荔枝蝦丸香口色香味俱全,名副其實相機先食嘅打卡食物,個人覺得唔使點沙律醬食,更加有蝦味。以前食咕嚕肉,今次食冰鎮咕嚕肉,中間放咗麥芽糖拔絲,又好睇又好食,小朋友最開心。最鍾意係佢陳醋豬手,陳醋味好香濃,好入味又爽滑,最後要加多一碟,前菜當主菜食。竹炭豆腐外脆內軟,很香口,很有口感,未見其他酒樓有依個菜式,非常特別。最難忘係個雞湯花膠雞煲,花膠雞湯很濃郁,深黃色,膠質很重,花膠成個煲咁大好厚身,原隻雞係另外煲,非常滑嫩,成為全晚嘅主角。
