To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 和P先生之前不久才吃過阿翁親自處理的鮑魚和花膠, 實在念念不忘。一路都說想有機會想再去吃,點知,皇天不負有心人,好友C小姐約我同P先生食飯,地點竟然是阿翁的另一間新餐廳,阿翁小館。這間餐廳之前位於天后如心銅鑼灣海景酒店裡面,前排有好多好多的新聞宣傳過,也不多介紹了。不過,今次嘅地方更加舒適,喺酒店嘅大堂行落去就係,酒店又位於地鐵站對面,地點應該係最方便嘅。三個人吃晚飯,約七點半,七點半大家都到齊,立即開動。少人食飯,有少人嘅好處,亦都有少人嘅唔好處,好處係成晚話題集中,暢所欲言,冇小圈子自己傾自己。但叫餸食飯就有難度,吃不多太多東西是真的。不過,C小姐發辦,我當然不用擔心,先吃一個阿翁四寶,吃盡阿翁的名菜,35頭皇冠吉鮑,花膠,北海道關東遼參,鮑汁鵝掌,基本上完全係一個高檔拼盤,特別好似我哋咁少人又想試多幾樣最啱。35頭皇冠吉鮑的腍身,吸盡芡汁的味道, 是這四寶的靈魂,當然花膠骨膠原的美味,還有爽口有彈性的遼參,加上那個入口像化骨棉掌的鵝掌,又點會唔滿足。本身想叫個白飯送咁高級嘅珍饈百味,不過,C小姐點了遠近馳名的阿翁炒飯,那麼便放過那芡汁吧。方魚炒芥蘭,簡單到不行,但方魚的香喺每條芥

方魚炒芥蘭,簡單到不行,但方魚的香喺每條芥蘭都發揮到一定功效,那厲害程度猶如抱完貓身上黏上貓毛一樣。

P先生太愛澱粉質的關係,佢喜歡揀可以送飯嘅餸,於是選了陳皮蒸牛肉餅,呢度嘅蒸肉餅絕對非常精美,平時你喺街吃到的肉餅可能會比較粗獷,這裏的卻是細緻,最重要嗰陳皮味好強烈。

夏天一定要食冬瓜的菜色,三個人吃不了冬瓜盅,因此P先生細心的選擇了以冬瓜襯托的菜色,香蔥花蟹炆冬瓜對我來講,睇落冇乜驚喜,但入口卻有大發現,那些冬瓜好入味,完全做到解渴的效果,而且和花蟹的鮮味互相糾纏,加上那些香蔥,完美解暑方程式。

C小姐話必食香煎家鄉藕餅,厚重的藕餅又大件又足料,裡面全是大量的蓮藕,爽口又帶肉香。

尾聲是阿翁炒飯,這大概是每枱理性的指定動作,一定要吃這裡的炒飯。炒飯乾身,而且才料足,把每一粒飯都炒得美輪美奐,叫你不會失望,我們吃到碟底也朝天。

加多碗糖水,腰果露從來都是最佳的養生糖水,又滑又濃又香又甜,無投訴。

一路食一路傾,移民,財經,時事,電影,名人乜都講一餐,可以談一整夜。

今晚係爭一杯酒,可惜今晚兩位都不是好酒的人,如果唔係我諗一定傾得更耐更開心。

輕淡,簡單淺淺品嘗美食,就這樣一個簡單夜。

期待下次,幾時再聚?
