To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食左幾次呢間餐廳，越做越好，今次忍唔住要寫佢食評！係外賣平台嗌左個中午set lunch【和風淮山野菌燴扁意粉配紫菜豆卷便當】，番到office打開，豐富到一個點。食物盒有兩層，有齊小食、沙律、生果，同埋主菜：沙律酸咪咪，D 菜又爽口小食我就麻麻，但都睇到佢唔係求其炸夠野俾你食生果仲有柚子做調味，超fresh至於主菜扁意粉味道都唔錯，唔會太重口味，又有我至愛既蘆荀仲有個兩杯，一杯係餐飲檸蜜，味道唔錯，酸甜適中；另一杯不得了，係糖水 - 木瓜雪耳無花果雪耳海底椰粒，我打開蓋個下直情打左個突，成半杯都係料，老細駛唔駛咁老實？呢杯係送架咋成餐加埋$70有找，係尖沙咀呢個價隨時淨係食到碟超肥又無菜既碟頭飯
