To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 5/11/2007 3:30PM如果無睇過openrice, 都唔會無啦啦去永年食, 但每次經過此店都見有人龍, 所以今日專登約左bf下午茶時段去試, 妟d都驚d野賣晒~排隊就預左喇, 不過都好快, 因為都係執餸攔麵. 5分鐘有得食.我頗肚餓, 叫左3餸 (九菜餃, 豬皮, 蘿蔔) 要粗麵., 走辣, $20. 用即棄膠碗盛著, 方便嘛~ 九菜餃早已淥定, 皮頗厚, 料幾多, 味濃(味精也). 豬皮色澤深, 看似入味, 果然! 浸左鹵水吸晒d味., 而且爽口, 成碗有5, 6片, 不錯~ 蘿蔔相信只是用清水炆淋, 故保留了蘿蔔清甜, 入口無渣. 但若然用上生記的牛腩清湯黎炆就一絕喇! 粗麵有咬口, 無乜鹼水味, 合格~Bf只要淨餸, 豬紅, 雞翼, 豬腸. 三樣野都應該用同一種汁煮, 都入味.p.s 食先有d渴呀...
