150g 熟成牛扒肉味濃,肉質細緻、唔韌,選了 medium well,廚師控制火候時間好,不會過熟,仍見有粉嫩肉色,很合我口味,果然出色。

有六款醬料提供,很講究,計有忌廉黑椒汁、芥辣、酸瓜、喜馬拉雅山鹽、岩鹽及紫菜鹽,供客人隨意配搭,試勻後,個人還是覺得配喜馬拉雅山鹽和岩鹽味道最夾。

蘑菇意粉味道頗濃,有橄欖油香,蘑茹索咗醬汁後很入味,很香甜,份量雖然是小份,但吃到最後一道菜已經很飽了,所以份量是非常適中呢!

凍檸檬茶係我嘅至愛,飯後飲番杯,舒暢又滿足。

最後,這個午餐足足食咗差不多三個鐘頭,我哋兩個一邊食一邊傾,食得比較慢,而侍應生就站在遠處好有耐性及禮貌地等待我哋食完,才過來收碟及遞上另一道菜式,服務態度非常好,值得一讚。👍

整體來講,餐廳食物質素高,味道好,環境優雅,離開餐廳時還見到太陽開始西下,原來有海景外,更可以欣賞到黃昏日落美景,咁有情調,下個月 Honey 生日,一於同佢嚟撐枱腳。
