由於情人節關係好多好餐廳都full哂竟然比我搵到呢個酒店餐廳又有海景個情人節套餐又唔貴性價比高,打卡一流,除咗三文魚沙律同雪葩之外其他都好食首先先講前菜部分,例牌:餐包,龍蝦湯很好很濃味,三文魚沙律(沙律好食,但三文魚好難食咬唔開)又有骨好睇唔好食之後到主菜:肉眼(5成配龍蝦)煎得岩岩好唔會過生過熟,另外一份煎爐魚,肉質夠滑生,魚皮煎得硊口,每份本身都有跟特別醬汁,亦會每份都額外再比3種汁另外配搭最後甜品,燉蛋正常普通,而雪葩太粉我個人認為唔好食

呢間奢華得來有少少氣氛嘅西餐,一人套餐都幾抵食($788),一個價錢包晒有餐湯、沙律、甜品同主菜,仲包埋嘢飲。熟成肉眼牛扒加埋龍蝦尾,牛扒肉汁收乾晒,所以牛味好濃,中間有少少筋,但係肉質鮮嫩。龍蝦尾用咗蒜蓉焗製,好彈牙好新鮮!而且食龍蝦味最好嘅地方係每一啖都係肉,夠晒滿足呀!另外我哋仲散叫了招牌辣汁海鮮意粉($278)有三大隻青口同埋幾隻蝦,仲有好多墨魚仔,用料好充足,而且意粉份量都多,仲有好多湯汁。

餐廳不是位於酒店裏面,是在酒店外圍特地而來是為了嘗試他們出名的風乾牛扒Dry-aged L-bone steak 500g 🥩 叫左5成熟,上枱好香好重牛味配上紫薯蓉及薯仔🥔等配菜切開真係見到粉紅色的肉質😍😍Dry Aged 比我地平常食開的牛扒味道會比較濃一點因為熟成方法就是讓牛肉直接在空氣中以0至6℃,濕度約60至80%的恒溫恒濕的狀態下進行熟成在風乾櫃裏,牛肉會失去多餘水分而牛肉的肉汁會因為水分的流失而濃縮在既有的牛肉裏令牛肉自然軟化並大大提高嫩口質感👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Gilled Octopus 🐙 salad with Red Paprika salsa and fruits 沙律菜好新鮮好豐富有番茄同香橙等配料👍🏻👍🏻八爪魚肉質彈牙有口感Homemade Tagliatelle with House Dry-aged Beef Bolognese Sauce 手工製的寛意大利麵配上Dry-aged 牛肉肉醬肉醬比例都偏多,醬汁唔會太濃或者太淡😎😎

味道會比較濃一點
因為熟成方法就是讓牛肉直接在空氣中
以0至6℃,濕度約60至80%的恒溫恒濕的狀態下進行熟成
在風乾櫃裏,牛肉會失去多餘水分
而牛肉的肉汁會因為水分的流失而濃縮在既有的牛肉裏

閒談一下這位於高級酒店內的西餐廳 ... 它定位不是高價的那種,環境、佈置、氣氛並不特別高雅,但夠Cozy,加上這酒店十分吊腳,其實人氣並不旺盛,所以便可製造出一個比較寧靜的環境,是與友人閒聊、欣賞美食*、欣賞窗外海景的首選,用餐後還可在它迴廊上或紅磡碼頭邊上散步,加上一輪明月,慶祝結婚週年,冇得輸!
* 奈何不是每道菜都做出應有水準,在“味道”一欄給4分已留一手,T骨扒無疑是頂呱呱,但那沙律及醋實在失望,餐廳主廚留意。
