Restaurant: Tsui Hang Village (New World Tower)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在中環工作多年, 很久已沒有到過翠亨邨用膳,多謝友人的邀請, 在22/7/2011再次有機會到這兒午膳。室內的設計改變了不少, 很時尚!是次午膳令我最深刻的有幾樣的美食/點心。1)手撕雞 (不是以往你見到的手撕雞, 是撕完後, 還是完整的。)2)义燒 (肉質很嫩, 中間是有肉汁的, 而最外面的蜜糖又不會太甜, 外脆內軟。)3)鹹水角 (賣相蠻有趣, 是串燒三兄弟, 形狀是圓的, 用竹子串著的,皮薄餡料很鮮, 內裡是豬肉加了些蘿蔔粒、香茜等等。)4)波波爽 (這個甜品是由西瓜波波、小小正方型的桂花糕和西瓜汁。夏天吃它既喝又消暑,真的很讚!)希望大家有機會到翠亨邨會試試以上的幾樣美食。謝謝!
