To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天媽媽去了新店的"添好運"幫襯, 我們去旺角那間店舖, 已幫襯差不多四次了,水準可keep 住, 覺得頗不錯, 但......今次第一次幫襯深水步, 已很後悔了...我媽媽因老花, 今天只有她去吃的, 她看不度紙上的食物, 便叫店員幫他,其實他已說了, 幫不度她要什麼点心, 後來我老媽發火了, 叫他幫佢寫吃什麼点心都那麼困難...最后他都有幫她寫要什麼点心, 但不度1分鐘, 寫完后, 另一位較為高層的員工, 便走過來責罵他, 令度我老媽, 也不好意思, 因這件事而受度責罵, 連聲向他道歉。- 蝦蛟 → 當她買回來的点心, 水準極差, 蝦蛟皮太軟, 不爽, 連蝦的味道也吃不出...- 酥皮叉燒飽 → 味道第一口已吃不出水準, 味道太甜, 簡直不知所謂....已不想再吃了... ><- 糯米雞 → 暫時 ok ...其實開了第二間店舖, 為何keep 不度水準出來, 令人婉惜
