To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友在銅鑼灣返工,等她下班後一起食飯 ,她帶我去到「漁痴漁醉」,此提供不同種類的魚。清江魚及巴沙魚等魚種在港不太常見,皆因都是從外地直送,而清江魚更是從上長江流域抓回來。多種烹調魚的手法都貼近四川風味,更有港人最愛的桂花魚,實現「川」「港」合味。港人喜愛的「雞煲」,味道當然夠香辣麻辣。椒拌松花蛋$42,蛋白呈透明狀,且晶瑩通透 。第一次食這超透明的皮蛋,軟軟綿綿,入口即溶。清江魚用明爐烹調,廚師先把魚兩邊煎香,煮至半熟後放上鍋爐連湯滾,加上蔥花及多種配菜,味道香濃富足。清江魚只得一條大骨,啖啖都係肉。萵筍放鍋煮,滲透着湯的味道,有萵筍的清甜味 ,就喜歡這樣品嚐窩筍了。黃糖糍粑
