有時諗唔到食咩就會去食放題，因為嗰到乜都有，啱晒選擇困難症嘅人🤣 滿屋有兩間分店，我今日揀左去旺角，另一間就喺荃灣📍對比起其他日式放題，呢度空間較大，燈光猛烈，坐得好舒服😊 呢間最特出嘅就係清酒放題，冷熱兼備，仲有可愛嘅清酒杯俾你裝著🍶Manya Japanese Restaurant has locations in mong kok and tsuen wan. You can choose between four sets, with A being the cheapest and D being the priciest. Although A has the least amount of choices, it was more than enough for me. Apart from ordering on your phone, there is a buffet area outside which offered cold dishes, veggies, desserts and even popcorn.

Sashimi came first, and it was served on ice which kept it cool and fresh. I liked the shrimp the best, as it was very plump and crunchy. There was also loads of sushi and rolls to choose from, but we didn’t want to fill ourselves up with those.
鐵板燒方面要左肉質鮮美嘅和風牛柳粒同埋牛油味濃郁嘅粟米🌽 燒紐西蘭羊架燒得啱啱好，質感軟嫩而且食得出淡淡嘅羊騷味🐑 串燒叫做牛舌同埋雞軟骨，散發出焦香氣息😋 燒菠蘿超多汁，黃金燒扇貝鮮味十足🌊
From the teppanyaki page, we got beef cubes which was unexpectedly soft as well as some super buttery corn. The grilled lamb was tender and the gaminess was at the right level. We also got chicken cartilage and ox tongue skewers, which were seasoned well. The grilled pineapple was very juicy, and the baked clams were full of umami.
甜品喺出面落左啲杯裝甜品，中規中矩啦🫣 反而黑糖紅豆糯米糍有驚喜，非常煙靭🤪 最後每人可以揀一款雪糕，我就要左Haagen Dazs新出嘅海鹽焦糖咖啡味，鹹甜嘅交集幾好食🍦
For dessert, the assorted cups were just okay, but the black sugar mochi was really nice, chewy and soft on the inside. We also get one ice cream per person, and we decided on the newly released “Salted Caramel Cappuccino” flavour from Haagen Dazs, which was a nice orchestra of sweet and salty flavours.
