無花果沙律,通常日式居酒屋或者燒肉店前菜都會嚟一盤沙律,但係用料用無花果真係好少見,其他配料仲有青豆、車厘茄、蛋白碎、沙律菜,非常refreshing。另外,前菜三小點:煙燻雞肉、柚子汁豆腐、牛蒡,小食非常滋味。主菜有澳洲龍蝦,肉質非常鮮甜,餐廳仲用咗龍蝦本身嘅蝦膏做醬料,令到識落更加濃味。燒肉方面有美國Prime肉眼簿燒,有蘿蔔肉同蔥配搭去食,仲配有幾款醬汁:胡麻醬、麵豉汁等,釋出燒肉嘅唔同層次口感。鐵板燒亦當然唔少得日本野菜同炒飯,先講講個日本野菜,有露筍、香菇、南瓜,最值得一提係個蒜片,配搭返前面個燒簿牛肉簡直一流。用鐵板燒去炒飯亦相當有鑊氣,加埋櫻花蝦、白飯魚、木耳碎一齊炒,非常惹味每粒飯粒都好入味。茶碗蒸亦係呢間餐廳嘅signature,底部放咗黑木耳絲,面嗰陣係魚湯,最上面仲放咗魚子添。
