潮州菜的味道相對比較重和濃,間唔中食吓都幾好味,以前做過潮州菜館,知道潮州菜的功夫比較多,而食潮州獅頭鵝一定要食比較淋身的鵝肉,鵝味香濃又唔會好似鵝片咁硬。今次去咗新都城的四點金和媽咪撐枱腳,佢想食韭菜豬紅和蠔仔肉碎粥一碗,我就點咗一碟鹵水鵝肉,本身想再點一個菜,都係決定食埋食,餸菜每款都好大碟,到最尾都係要打包拎走。韭菜豬紅每塊都有咬口又大塊,豬紅味濃,媽咪鍾意。蠔仔肉碎粥好大碗,我地每人都添咗3小碗,蠔仔大大粒好有蠔味,配上胡椒粉少少辣味令粥味提升。鹵水鵝肉好入味,鵝肉比想像中淋身,送白飯好滋味,碟底仲有鹵水豆腐墊底,鹵水味入晒豆腐裡面,好味!最後仲點左一碗福果清心丸豆爽,白果和清心丸煙煙韌韌,甜度適中!
