老豆茶癮起又話想食點心,但依家限聚2人一枱,出街食飯咁多限制。我就提議不如到四點金買外賣點心回家慢慢歎,又唔使媽子換衫周圍等位咯!拿起點心紙,有成60個點心、小食選擇。仲有這店特色主打的潮州小食,”揀掂未呀老豆”……終於揀好,入單即叫即做,所以等10多分鐘在所難免。水晶蝦餃皇  粉皮夠薄,蝦肉晶螢通透,蝦味濃郁鮮美明蝦子燒賣明蝦子在燒賣上面,大大粒蝦味同樣彈牙鮮美。叉燒雪山包超大個呀,個盒差點裝不落,叉燒餡又豐富,雪山包飽滿香口。蘿白絲酥卷此乃店家推介,果然無令人失望,蘿白一絲絲甜鹹適中,酥皮香脆。黑金流沙包賣相討好,咬開奶皇傾瀉而出香煎南瓜粿黏黏的南瓜粿外皮略略煎過,無餡不過味道可以的潮州小食。鮮蝦皮卷蝦、蝦、蝦,今日都食了不少蝦,依然好味,最重要是腐皮脆卜卜。 continue reading

今日又可以work from home, 仲可以LUNCH 搵爸爸媽媽一食, 因為限聚令, 又想坐得舒服D。所以都係買外賣返去。爸爸媽媽中意食中式菜, 一去到新都城就搵下有乜食。新都城二期好多食肆, B出口一上到去二期, 落一層係UG就見到 門外好多人, 仲有好多外賣的小食, 真係好多款式。咁多人幫襯, 一於揀呢間。門外已經有好多張外賣紙, 點心紙, 種類好多。入去叫外賣時都要探熱, 雖然外面都多人等位, 職員都好耐性, 有問有答。見我睇緊外賣紙,仲拎埋其他點心紙比我。飯店面積好大, 充滿中國式裝修。最後揀左 :酸甜炸雲吞 $18.8   金珠咸水角 $18.8鼓汁蒸鮮烏頭 (配例湯及白飯) $72鳳梨梅羔一字骨 $92由於有小菜, 職員都溫馨提示要等多一陣,我又可以行一轉商場都得。好彩住得近拎到屋企都係好熱。酸甜炸雲吞(共3粒)職員話個漿汁好好味, 帶有少辣但酸甜味適中, 一定要沾汁食先正, 雲吞亦係即炸, 雲吞皮都係好脆卜卜安珠咸水角(共3粒)本身好中意食咸水角, 好香口, 仲要熱辣辣食, 真係食一粒都唔夠鼓汁蒸鮮烏頭 (配例湯及白飯)烏頭分開3件上, 鼓汁好多。烏頭蒸得啱啱好, 拎到返屋企都唔鞋, 肉質鮮嫩, 送飯一流。例湯係青紅蘿蔔湯, 亦係唔錯的鳳梨梅羔一字骨鳳梨即係菠蘿, 佢地用新鮮菠蘿, 加上梅羔都係酸酸甜甜, 用黎整排骨係好惹味。一字骨炸得剛好, 配上梅羔真係無得輸。爸爸媽媽好滿意的一餐, 只要見到佢地食得開心, 活得健康, 真係好心滿意足。希望疫情快D過, 可以帶爸爸媽媽去多D地方食飯啦 ! continue reading

過去整年少了飲茶,今天很想嘗點心,午膳茗茶就在「四點金飯店」,皆因曾外賣加餸感到滿意。下了單,嘗著香片等候美食,看見亞姐推車仔推銷蛋撻仔,我們要一份,是我們喜歡的酥皮,暖烘烘的蛋撻仔,蛋香滑溜,極之開胃。特價點心孖寶:水晶蝦餃和蔥花炸兩腸,蝦餃內涵(饀)是蝦、蝦、蝦,一顆水晶蝦餃有三隻鮮蝦,口感鮮味清爽,減少豬肉的油膩感。蔥花炸兩腸尚可的!原來很想嘗試自家製湯魚麵,可惜售罄,改選滑蛋蝦仁炒河,滑蛋炒得固然很滑,撈起的河粉也很滑,味道不鹹,清淡中却又可口,蝦仁爽脆,蝦味較淡,最欣賞是沒有可怕的蝦腸。有驚喜的炸蛋散,一向吃開的蛋散上枱前已經碌均糖漿,這份蛋散是灑上黃糖粉、香芝麻與碟上少許練奶,首先看見這是很乾爽蛋散,入口鬆化香脆,還暖暖的温度,沒有油脂的感覺,如果不愛太甜可卸去部份黃糖粉,如果喜歡多甜可沾碟上練奶,要多少甜度可以自己揀,十分喜歡這份甜品!結帳後,看見有臘味與賀年糕品小攤位,臘腸肥瘦肉的比例不錯,買一包回家儲糧,稍後再選擇賀年糕品。 continue reading

靚仔想食打冷嘢,聽說位於將軍澳新都城二期有間呢!四點金飯店晚上有得打冷!真開心便去試下。晚市還有套餐優惠,價錢都實惠~自選三餸一湯$268我哋轉飲杏汁燉白肺湯只需加$20一於潤下個肺先。😋湯好白好滑,入口好潤好香杏仁味,啲肺滑嘟嘟,而且重好多舊添。👍潮州凍烏頭~雖然不是潮州人,老公就非常喜愛食,烏頭實肉,而且是啖啖肉,慢慢起皮再加潮州豆瓣醬一起食,再飲啖啤酒就覺得好享受。燒腸墨魚~呢個靚仔喜愛食,墨魚紅腸豆腐三樣都是男人嘅浪漫喎!哈哈!比佢笑死,不過豆腐煮得好入味。家鄉煎蠔餅~呢個煮法有啲似台灣嘅阿仔煎煮法,入口煙煙韌韌,幾有口感,蠔都幾大隻下。甜品~招牌蛋散 入口唧融化又鬆脆,小小甜。套餐都好夠份量呢!見到黑板寫有時令臘味煲,咁就嚟多個臘味春菜苗煲$102臘味係時令配潮州春菜就啱啱好,成個煲熱辣辣上,正。老公和靚仔食得開心,近近地打冷好去處。 continue reading
