Hibiki 盛り合わせ拼盤 ($998) + 黑毛和牛西冷($178) (晚市/送甜品/另加一)感覺香港近排越開越多燒肉店🥩呢間 yakinikukakurahk係日本過江龍🇯🇵總店喺佐賀県，共有5間店，香港就有銅鑼灣、黃埔、沙田3間分店；今晚去銅鑼灣分店，餐廳地方大而整潔，服務態度正常；餐牌選擇算多，研究後決定叫份拼盤乜都有啲唔駛煩，再加塊西冷🙂黑毛和牛西冷，鹿兒島県產，油花豐富，店員主動過嚟幫忙燒thx😌燒幾十秒食得，肉質軟嫩，點生蛋黃正；盛り合わせ拼盤，有6款唔同部位嘅牛肉、2款雞肉、1款豚肉、加豚肉腸合共10款🔥豬牛雞肉靚新鮮，切得厚薄恰好，醃汁調味唔會過鹹，燒烤爐火候容易控制；一氣過食太多牛有啲膩，超飽，本身仲諗住嗌碗冷麵最後放棄🤫飯後每人送一客甜品，杏仁豆腐+樂天雪米糍🍨.
