
第一輪嘅龍蝦已經震撼全場!開邊蒸完之後,龍蝦肉爽彈到不得了,仲要係一梳梳咁起出嚟,蘸少少蒜蓉醬油已經鮮甜到震!跟住嘅鮑魚上枱仲識郁,蒸熟之後切開,哇~個口感又軟又Q,完全唔會韌,海水味仲要係爆棚級數!

最驚喜係佢哋嘅奄仔蟹,蟹膏多到滿瀉,金黃色嘅膏食落去甘香豐腴,蟹肉仲保持到鮮甜多汁,真係忍唔住連蟹腳都啜得乾乾淨淨!

最後個粥底簡直係神來之筆~吸盡晒龍蝦、蟹、蜆、蝦嘅精華,每啖粥都係濃縮咗嘅海洋滋味,加少少胡椒粉同蔥花,鮮到連脷都差啲吞埋!



To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
