我是上海人,最愛吃上海菜,最跟友人在銅鑼灣逛街,試過呢間上海小吃,經濟又好吃。那天店子擠滿了人,想必是好吃吧!先吃生煎包,三十幾蚊四個,生煎包皮較厚身,但入面肉餡好多,肉汁也豐富油潤,頗好吃。炸雲吞是上海式的,入面都好入味,好香脆伴豆漿(豆味不差,清甜)好正。上海粗炒D上海麵來貨煙韌,老抽醬料帶甜均勻地沾到每條麵條,椰菜也多,這粗炒盡見師傅水準。最愛吃是蟹粉小籠包,皮好薄,餡夠多,蟹粉恰如份的帶出蟹鮮味,只是三十幾蚊就食到蟹粉小籠包在銅鑼灣可謂好抵!灼菜芯OK啊,夠多蠔油。
