To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在銅鑼灣上班的小編一直光顧開百樂潮州酒家的利園分店最近得知酒家在時代廣場開了分店所以決定親臨一試韮菜豬紅 $68一般在別家的豬紅都是醬汁美味 但豬紅卻淡而無味這𥚃的韮菜豬紅煮得非常入味質感帶一點像鴨血般的煙韌韮菜令豬血更芳香四溢鹵水墨魚片豆腐 $78另外一個潮州特色小菜就是鹵水墨魚片豆腐墨魚片有咬口 嘴饞其間會嘗到鹵水汁的香料味 真是齒頰留香豆腐也是用鹵水制作 經煎炸的外皮呈金黃色外皮包着的是軟軟嫩滑的豆腐香茜叉燒腸 $48叉燒味道略甜 肥瘦適中 口感軟嫩腸粉嫩滑 帶小量米香味潮式煎韮菜棵 $48韮菜棵又水晶外皮包着韮菜內餡非常足料絕對稱得上皮薄餡靚紫薯煎堆仔 $38煙韌的糯米外皮被炸至金黃色 口感爽脆紫薯內餡帶淡淡的甜 質感較粉較棉總括而言小編覺得餐廳環境舒服 點心精緻而且地點便利值得推介!
