日日三十幾度都無阻我想打邊爐嘅心🤓 今次返返去係銅鑼灣揾食 突然間醒起之前去過間好高質嘅邊爐，等我帶大家去火鍋隨意門花膠雞湯底🐔湯底非常濃郁 簡直感受到花膠漿住個口嘅感覺😍 開始打邊爐之前一定要先飲左湯底 原汁原味 花膠非常厚身 滿滿骨膠原 未開始打邊爐已經飲咗半碗湯 蘋果木煙燻手切牛頸脊🐮牛肉輕輕一碌就已經可以入口 肉質軟嫩 有輕微嚼勁 牛肉保持微微鮮紅 入口更鮮味餃子拼盤🥟入邊包咗五款唔同嘅餃子 MVP係蟹黃豚肉餃 餃內包住滿滿蟹黃 好足料黃金雙拼🥢今次小食揀左黃金雙拼 魚皮同響鈴都被鹹蛋包圍住 非常脆口 如果想增加口感 可以輕輕係湯浸幾秒 會食到另一種風味 竹蔗茅根連飲品都交足戲😎 係個月球波波入面 想飲就隨時斟出黎 非常方便 嘢飲仲非常冰凍 食到熱辣辣就可以隨時飲杯凍嘢🤣 爽呀餐廳內設計都偏中國奢華風 座位舒適 如果一大班人仲可以坐房 方便傾偈
