喺銅鑼灣返工日日都要出街食真係諗到頭都爆,所以成日同啲同事發現一啲新嘅地方食飯,啱啱同事們都好鍾意食日本菜,有日經過見到落地庫有間好似幾好味嘅店舖就拉咗佢哋去食。日本野就當然少不了魚生飯啦,所以叫咗個三文魚海膽飯,佢個碗雖然唔係好大但係都幾足料㗎,海膽非常鮮甜,加埋三文魚食真係絕配~個飯碗幾深嘅飯就有幾多,真係幾飽。不過佢咁多飯如果可以多番啲餸就更好了~仲叫左個味噌燒銀鱈魚,我真係好鍾意食銀鱈魚所以去咗邊度就算貴啲都會叫,不過多數都係西京燒,味噌我都係第一次食。魚燒得非常好非常軟滑,面頭塗上一層味噌,一夾落去就山海證明佢真係燒得非常好。雖然佢隔離有蛋黃醬但係味噌嘅味道已經完全深入左魚入面,就算唔加蛋黃醬都已經非常夠味,配日本白飯真係一絕。前菜仲有沙律同小食。

魚燒得非常好非常軟滑,面頭塗上一層味噌,一夾落去就山海證明佢真係燒得非常好。雖然佢隔離有蛋黃醬但係味噌嘅味道已經完全深入左魚入面,就算唔加蛋黃醬都已經非常夠味,配日本白飯真係一絕。
