近來聽朋友講銅鑼灣開了一日式居酒屋,都唔知幾時先可以再飛,決定去一轉,當去轉日本啦。店內裝潢以木系為主,再放置了日式小燈籠、小木屋等,感覺像真的到了日本一樣,氣氛和諧又溫馨的感覺。這居酒屋都追得上潮流,以普通的菜牌查看菜式外、更有電子菜牌介紹食物,新潮。朋友介紹得當然做定功課,下單要個刺身拼盤先。拼盤中有多款新鮮刺身如:深海池魚、油甘魚、劍魚腩、帶子、赤身、大甜蝦及活赤貝,件件厚切,相當新鮮。活赤貝質感軟腍,口感爽彈,還帶陣陣海水味。赤身魚肉比較結實,且有咬口。明太子蟹肉醬焗蠔肉蘑菇批蘑菇批來到時已傳出陣陣香味,這蘑菇批當中加入了明太子、蟹肉、蠔肉、芝士真是超級豐富,一次過可以滿足胃食既我。下刀一切,已有拉絲的效果,香氣即是撲鼻。上層有香濃的芝士和明太子緊緊包著,中層有鮮甜蟹肉和肥美蠔肉,當然都仲有軟腍的蘑菇作底層,吃起來口感豐富,非常Juicy。不叫這款都唔好叫來過,必吃之選。厚燒牛舌 / 串燒甜薯每當我去居酒屋都必會叫串燒牛舌。這裡的牛舌非常厚身,而且入口有彈性,牛味濃郁,有嚼勁。一口甜薯真的非常方便,一口一啖,入口香甜,口感軟糯,幼滑軟綿。 continue reading

今日放工在銅鑼灣吃飯,這間餐廳在sogo附近,位置很便利。餐廳位於商廈的地庫,桌椅以木為主,以稻草裝飾,呈現大地風。入夜後,餐廳已經幾乎坐滿了客人。翻開餐牌,前菜、刺身、卷物一應俱全。⭐️刺身二人盛$298分別有青森帶子、池魚、魷魚、油甘魚、赤身、甜蝦等多款刺身。我最喜歡左口魚刺身,因為魚身經過炙燒,入口軟綿綿的,釋出香噴噴的油脂,非常美味!整體刺身都很新鮮,池魚切得厚厚一塊,吃起來很清爽緊致,味道鮮甜。魷魚入口爽脆,青森帶子肥厚甘甜赤身魚味清爽甚少吃甜蝦也吃了一隻,很爽甜呢!⭐️牛油果軟蟹殼卷$88牛油果蟹殼卷灑滿了蟹籽,入口軟蟹殼的酥脆滋味配搭軟香的牛油果,絕佳的配搭滿足了我的味蕾,真的很喜歡呢!⭐️明太子蟹肉醬焗蠔肉蘑菇批$98一共有兩個批,頂層是焗芝士,下層鋪滿了明太子和蠔,蠔尺寸中等,入口香甜,蘑菇肉汁充沛,蘑菇批整體很濕潤,明太子也沒有搶走其他食材的味道。▫️除了卡座,其他座位之間都要坐得比較親密,刺身和卷物質素都不錯,可以一試。 continue reading

三川居酒屋位置非常方便,就喺SOGO嗰條街,所以決定係去SOGO之前就去食個lunch,舖頭12點開門,我哋早咗幾分鐘去到,餐廳仲係準備中,不過都好好人俾我哋入去坐住先。餐廳用咗擋板去擋住每一枱之間嘅距離,每台都配有一支消毒洗手液,客人入餐廳之前都要探熱,每個人都有帶住口罩,都幾重視衛生。餐廳嘅裝修好東瀛風,仲掛住啲日文歌,有種去咗日本居酒屋嘅錯覺。見到特盛二人餐係特定時段食有優惠,非常之抵食。而且餐廳好受歡迎,去到12:30已經坐滿晒人,如果唔係book定枱嘅話walk-in 可能要等耐啲。首先上咗刺身拼盤先,每塊刺身都好厚切,左口魚邊裙口感特別,味道清淡,帶子肉厚,味道清甜,甜蝦好大隻,食落好creamy,另外赤背口感非常彈牙,其他魚生肉質都好肥美鮮甜,食完滿口魚油味。明太子蟹肉醬焗蠔肉蘑菇批呢個真係好驚喜,蘑菇好大個,上面一層全部都係明太子加芝士,非常惹味,下面就係蟹肉加沙律醬,然後蠔肉就係中間,食落口感真係好豐富,好刺激個味蕾,以為中間蠔肉嘅味道會比明太子遮蓋,但係無蠔嘅味道都係好突出,然後蘑菇焗完之後仲好Juicy,咬落會出水。另外中間仲會有少少嘅沙律菜,可以中和返個味蕾,食完個蘑菇批已經非常飽。牛油果軟殼蟹卷一份有六舊,每舊嘅size都唔細,軟殼蟹炸到卜卜脆,又有牛油果中和個油膩感,仲加上孩子同沙律醬仲有好多紫菜碎,蟹子包落口之後爆汁增加左小小鹹味,令成個卷物更加出色。 continue reading

主打高質海鮮嘅日本餐廳😋😋。呢間餐廳嘅野食水平唔錯,尤其系海鮮。我試咗幾款熟嘅海鮮都幾好食。例如焗蟶子、象拔蚌,有牛油蒜蓉調味,味道惹味濃郁😋😋。而且肉質都幾彈牙,有海鮮嘅鮮味。條魚燒得好香脆,而且都算幾大條。不過我唔食生野,但同行嘅人都話系一定要試嘅程度,壽司同生蠔等等海鮮都好高質。蕃茄沙律都好多醬,好清新。烏冬鍋嘅烏冬夠彈牙,而且足料。焗芝士明太子蠔蘑菇批雖然都要等一段時間,但系出嚟好香好足明太子芝士🧀🧀,隻蠔都好肥美。綠茶雪糕似自助餐維記,但都夠滑好食。柚子雪葩用果殼裝,味道偏酸,幾醒神。 continue reading

豚肉生薑燒石頭飯🐖($72)呢個飯係相當地大份, 啲豚肉, 洋蔥同埋薑加埋一齊多到傻左, 個飯又勁大份😂 見到真係O曬嘴, 未見過石頭飯可以大份到咁🤣 味道方面甜甜鹹鹹幾好食, 啲豚肉片帶有少少軟骨幾有口感, 除左洋蔥果啲之外仲有少少泡菜, 個飯keep住都熱辣辣, 食到出曬汗💦 午餐係會跟一杯飲品, 唔想飲甜野可以揀麵豉湯呢間居酒屋令我想再返黎食多次晚飯, 等遲啲個肚好返啲可以再黎過💪🏽 呢間居酒屋既店員既服務好好而且個個都好有禮貌, 食物質素相對高, 值得大家去幫襯呀 continue reading
