金寶泰國菜館最近裝修,不過隔離的金寶越南菜館依然營業,可點泰國菜。晚飯時段,幾乎全間餐廳滿座。跟一般泰國菜館一樣,Menu選擇好多。鮮蝦卷($60)米紙卷是每次食泰國菜都必點的。煙韌的米紙包住蝦、米粉、香葉、札肉,每件都包到好飽滿,要一口咬得晒都真的有難度。足料的鮮蝦卷,香料的味道再沾一點微酸的泰式醬汁,令人回味。生牛肉檬粉($46)湯底偏淡,帶點洋蔥甜味和牛肉味。牛肉份量都好多,味道都幾香。咖哩炒蟹($180)寶寶最最最喜歡的一個泰國菜。加入了蛋和椰漿的咖喱好香滑,咖喱味唔算重,帶點甜味,用來伴飯食一流。蟹好大隻,蟹蓋帶一點膏,食落甘香;蟹鉗位置就滿是蟹肉,味道都鮮味。飲品點了龍眼冰($25)和椰汁冰($25),都唔會好甜。
