To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去開銅鑼灣搵食,見到有間印尼餐廳有條小人龍,其實本身想試印尼菜好耐,覺得佢地D野食鮮艷吸引,只係未有機會食,於是就決定等一等試呢間!等左15分鐘終於入得啦!入到去全場滿座咁濟,餐廳好有印尼熱帶風情,木造既裝橫配試竹藤既燈光。未入座前已經被佢餐牌既食物吸引,其一係佢D 野食真係地道印尼菜,好似班蘭飯,烤魚等,其二係有見到少見既花膠雞湯粉皮,我係超鐘意呢個配搭,養生又鮮味。於是我地叫左總統古法燒飯,印尼花膠湯班蘭雞粉皮,牛油果沙冰,班蘭沙冰同烤秋葵。聽店員講古法燒飯要等10-15分鐘。先黎係花膠班蘭雞湯粉皮,望到濃濃既花膠湯底,睇得出充滿骨膠原,而家花膠係超級大塊同份量好多,估唔到呢個價錢可以食到呢個份量既花膠,而且一樣滑而鮮甜,冇腥味,未開始食雞已經食左半碗。雖然唔太知點鮮叫班蘭雞(食落係冇班蘭味既),但雞都係鮮甜嫩滑,反而係點左佢自家製薑蓉好味倍增,少少辣但更加調出鮮味。之後就試埋牛油果沙冰同班蘭沙冰,餐廳既野飲份量都係大大杯,牛油果沙冰再加上印尼地道既黑糖蜜,初頭以為好甜,但飲落反而令牛油果既甜味更有層次,非常解渴清涼。班蘭沙冰我就好中意,因為班蘭味真係好濃,而我男朋友就有點怕怕

先黎係花膠班蘭雞湯粉皮,望到濃濃既花膠湯底,睇得出充滿骨膠原,而家花膠係超級大塊同份量好多,估唔到呢個價錢可以食到呢個份量既花膠,而且一樣滑而鮮甜,冇腥味,未開始食雞已經食左半碗。
雖然唔太知點鮮叫班蘭雞(食落係冇班蘭味既),但雞都係鮮甜嫩滑,反而係點左佢自家製薑蓉好味倍增,少少辣但更加調出鮮味。

之後就試埋牛油果沙冰同班蘭沙冰,餐廳既野飲份量都係大大杯,牛油果沙冰再加上印尼地道既黑糖蜜,初頭以為好甜,但飲落反而令牛油果既甜味更有層次,非常解渴清涼。班蘭沙冰我就好中意,因為班蘭味真係好濃,而我男朋友就有點怕怕。

炸秋葵上場,就算喺日本餐廳通常都係見燒秋葵,好少見炸秋葵,所以中意秋葵既我就專登試下,一食落去,炸漿做到好香脆可口,睇落去炸得唔均勻,事實上炸漿份量岩岩好,如果唔係就搶走秋葵既爽脆,炸漿係有少少咸香似係用蛋黃炸,所以更加香口,秋葵黏黏既質感配上蘇脆既外層,好好既配搭。

等左10-15 分鐘,終於到傳說中既總統炒飯,我男朋友揀佢,貪佢咩都有 ,又有雞,又有飯,同試到印尼炸物。 份量真係升lv 地好大份,我諗佢要等既原因係因為個包飯原來好似粽咁,包左佢再去烤焗,程序十分有心機。炸物有黃豆餅,炸雞,炸豆腐,再配上辣小魚乾。個粽更加有驚喜,原來入面係包左海鮮好似魷魚仔,小魚乾,青椒紅椒香葉等,睇落就好好食。一入口,原來係超級辣
好似食麻辣火鍋咁,好辣但好惹味好食 我都試左個黃豆餅,感覺好特別,係真係有好濃既豆味,唔係麵粉。

Overall, 呢間餐廳D野食又特別又高質 ,店員都好有禮貌,有機會會再去多次。
