To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ❀ Dim Sum Library #金鐘 ❀❗ 重新細味「飲茶」背後的情懷!❗——————————————————人氣中西合璧點心館Dim Sum library 最近以全新面貌回歸🫶🏻餐廳以「提籠掛鳥」為靈感,整體配色以金與深藍為主調,加入鳥籠元素,復古得來帶有高貴嘅感覺😻總廚梁國華更推出咗全新菜單,將當代元素融入於廣東港式點心,推出一系列用心製作、賣相精美嘅點心😆.同朋友一次過點咗三款點心、四款菜式、甜品。當中最喜歡必定係「秘製牛肉腸」💕完全顛覆咗我對腸粉嘅認知,一改以往傳統做法,將牛肉切片奉上,配合炸蔥絲、香菇及辣椒豉油,香口濃郁至極😙另外有獨特造型嘅「餃」,不過驚喜度就冇腸粉咁高。.要讚讚主菜真係精緻又好味🥰「椒鹽長腳蟹」非常酥脆,搭配炸蒜及薑,特別惹味。而且採用阿拉斯加長腳蟹,蟹肉鮮嫩多汁🦀「怪味鱈魚」味道一點也不怪🐟以黑醋作調味,結合甜、酸、辣,同樣外脆內軟,都幾好食。蔬菜的話推薦「豆豉鯪魚醬拌香麥菜 」🥬結合鹹香豆豉、鯪魚醬及蝦乾,分外食慾大開。「花膠蔥油撈麵」味道同傳統薑蔥撈麵相似,再加入唔少厚身花膠,絕對係高級昇華版 🍜.最後「茉莉咖啡千層凍」甜品印象難忘😚清香嘅茉
