To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近剛剛從泰國旅遊回來,真是恨不得立刻再次品嚐那裡的美味佳餚。呢日幸運地在香港尋到了一家能滿足我對泰式風味的渴望的餐廳 - 位於旺角的這家泰式自助火鍋!。一踏進餐廳,濃郁的冬陰公香氣就撲面而來,頓時讓我彷彿又回到了泰國的街頭小巷。走進用餐區,泰式風情的裝潢更是一大亮點 - 木質元素、暖黃色調,無一不營造出一種恍如身在東南亞的感覺。餐廳以自助形式提供火鍋,讓我可以自行挑選心儀的食材和調配湯底,實在太讓人期待了。。作為愛吃辣的我,當然首選了招牌的麻辣火鍋湯底。這道獨特的湯底融合了多種泰式香料,光是聞到滾燙鍋底升起的辣香氣息,我就已經迫不及待想品嚐了。餐廳更貼心地提供了一人獨享的火鍋選項,讓客人可以根據自己的口味自行調配湯底。我很喜歡這個設計 - 雖然一人鍋的湯量稍微較少,但能完全按照個人喜好來調配,確實比一人分食大鍋更為自由。。自助區內,各式新鮮的各式蔬菜,丸類,水果,雪糕,一應俱全。除此之外, 熟食區更特別加入一些泰式特色,像是泰式炒粉絲、菠蘿海鮮炒飯、冬陰公湯和即製的泰式撈麵,均給人一種相當地道的感覺。當然水果及甜品等選擇同樣豐富。 。餐廳另外一個最吸引我的亮點就是活捉生蝦區。我和朋友

一踏進餐廳,濃郁的冬陰公香氣就撲面而來,頓時讓我彷彿又回到了泰國的街頭小巷。走進用餐區,泰式風情的裝潢更是一大亮點 - 木質元素、暖黃色調,無一不營造出一種恍如身在東南亞的感覺。餐廳以自助形式提供火鍋,讓我可以自行挑選心儀的食材和調配湯底,實在太讓人期待了。

餐廳另外一個最吸引我的亮點就是活捉生蝦區。我和朋友拿起專用的長夾子,興高采烈地開始在水池裡捕捉新鮮的生蝦。看著自己捕捉到的生蝦落入火鍋中慢慢煮熟,真是一種極具趣味的體驗。我們玩得不亦樂乎,整個過程充滿樂趣。

飲品方面,餐廳同樣讓人印象深刻。除了常見的紙包和罐裝飲料,這裡還有啤酒選擇。不過,作為愛好泰式奶茶的我,當然少不了我最喜歡的那杯濃濃醇香的泰式奶茶。就著這股異國情調的風味,我一邊在火鍋中煮弄食材,一邊與朋友暢談著我們剛剛從泰國帶回的各種趣聞軼事,感覺就像又回到了那個美麗的國度。

回到座位, 我們再用QR code點選了各種款式的牛肉、羊肉、豬肉、串燒、榴槤炸彈等,輕鬆點餐而無需向服務員呼喚。單是牛肉已有5種可選擇,包括牛舌、牛胸爽及牛胸腹等,讓我嘗遍不同部位的風味。這麼多選擇真是讓人眼花繚亂。

當我滿足地準備告別這家餐廳時,不由得感慨良多。從濃郁的泰式氣息到豐富的食材選擇,再到活潑有趣的互動體驗,這家旺角隱世的泰式自助火鍋餐廳無疑是一個不可多得的好去處。
