To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近半年真係冇晒人生樂趣,社會動盪、病毒遍布世界、終日屈在家中,憂柴憂米憂口罩憂廁紙!咁嘅時勢,老友竟然在股市市場中大賺一筆,仲要請我去食豪華大餐,即刻心心眼😍!估唔到佢帶我去元朗食日本野,老友告之呢間鮨文出名用料上乘新鮮,係食著名嘅廚師發板料理。先上餐前小食:茶碗蒸,上面有金箔黑松露,十分名貴,d蛋有淡淡冬菇香,滑不溜口。Otsukuri刺身共6點:真蠔剌身 配上特色醬汁,清爽開胃。石鱲魚 彈牙非常。池魚 野生三文魚 油甘魚,最愛油甘獨特的甘香油脂。和牛薄燒,見師傅取出好靚嘅和牛,差點以為食刺身,但薄燒恰到好處,入口即溶化。鹽燒大拖羅 先煎封表面,內裏仍然滑嫩,油份高令肉質保留軟滑。生燒鰻魚 皮脆得卜卜聲,但鰻魚肉汁豐富厚,此乃極品也,足見師傅真功夫!壽司五貫:蜆壽司金目𩶘魚壽司拖羅馬糞海膽壽司蝦 蟹膏壽司間白魚壽司毛蟹壽司全晚嘅重頭戲出場:三文魚籽海膽鮮蝦雪糕杯海膽非常新鮮,入口甘香creamy,雖然已經有飽意,但我兩仍大口大口地享受着。之後送上一碗魚湯 ,鮮甜無比!最後以一客威士忌蜜瓜泡夫作結,為這餐廚師發辦畫上完美。
