To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 復活節假期相約死黨到YOHO MALL食餐飯,原本首選係去食川菜,但由於我地自備酒水既關係(4名酒鬼),開瓶費都成為揀餐廳既考慮因素。川菜要300蚊一支,而北京樓只需要100蚊一支,咁當然就揀左北京樓啦。燻魚好難食,好似d魷魚零食咁,可以唔叫。水煮石班唔夠辣,魚肉是彈牙的,略嫌紅薯粉俾得孤寒。北京填鴨填鴨片燒得太焦,而且唔夠鴨油既郁香,實在令人失望。孜然羊架一致通過為全晚最佳菜式,羊架焗很酥脆,肉鬆軟並已經離骨,而且唔羶,非常滿意。賽螃蟹水準以下,蛋白炒得唔夠嫩滑,而且根本食不到黃花魚既味道。蘿蔔酥餅好食,皮薄而且蘿蔔切得粗身,食落好帶勁,酒鬼表示尤其適合佐酒。好似仲有食其他野,但由於飲飲下酒開始神智不清,所以就停止拍照。餐飯係嘻嘻哈哈咁食完,席間友人表示同一支酒同我地飲係好飲d既,哈哈,果然係醉翁之意不在酒!
